Privacy

NewSkill has no accounts. When you start a plan, the server creates an anonymous session and returns a random token. Only a SHA-256 hash of that token is stored, so the database cannot be used to hijack sessions.

We store: your goal description, the answers you give to clarifying questions, the generated roadmaps and timestamps. We store a hash of your IP address purely for abuse limits. We do not store your name, email, or any advertising identifiers.

Anyone holding your plan link can read the plan and regenerate it. Treat the link as a secret. You can delete a plan and every associated record at any time from the roadmap screen; deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Goal text and answers are sent to the AI provider to generate the roadmap. They are not used to train models by us. Generated plans are educational guidance, not professional advice.
